The Auction is an important part of the Chabot PTA’s budget to fund many of the educational programs and direct student supports at Chabot. Enrichment programs such as library, art, music, along with key educational supports like in-class small group reading and math specialists, psychologists, and equity and inclusion programs and resources are prioritized to ensure that all students are supported with the best possible learning environment. The Online Auction and Gala are also an incredible way to build our Bobcat community. A strong village of parent volunteers work together to make it all happen. The local community, families, extended families, as well as teachers and staff donate goods, services, art, and experiences. And EVERYONE can be part of the FUN – by dancing and socializing at the Gala or bidding on items in the online auction or staffing/volunteering during the day of the event.
