Auction and Gala
The Chabot Auction and Gala represent an opportunity to come together, celebrate and dance with our community, and fundraise for the school! Thank you for joining us!
Save your calendars for Spring 2027 to join us for another great auction and gala event.
- The Online Auction runs for one week, and is a chance to bid on all kinds of things from homemade cookies to special event parties to gift cards for favorite Oakland restaurants and retailers.
- The Live Auction & Party is an adults-only social event featuring dinner, drinks, music, dancing, and a live auction for special items.

The auction contributes critical funds toward many resources at the school that would not exist without your support: enrichment classes like art, library, music, and science lab, direct student supports and specialists, psychologists, equity and inclusion programming, and many other things. The Online Auction and Gala are also an incredible way to build our Bobcat community. A strong village of parent volunteers work together to make it all happen. The local community, families, extended families, as well as teachers and staff donate goods, services, art, and experiences. And EVERYONE can be part of the FUN – by dancing and socializing at the Gala or bidding on items in the online auction or staffing/volunteering during the day of the event.
